Position Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services. You will support staff in managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and growing professionally—while also maintaining your own clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to clinical staff
- Support clinicians with caseload management, scheduling, and treatment planning
- Oversee assessments and clinical formulation processes
- Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards
- Monitor compliance and submit reports to leadership as needed
- Train and support new and existing staff
- Facilitate team meetings and participate in supervision sessions
- Build relationships with community partners and external agencies
- Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC I)
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred
- Experience with CBHI services strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

We are centrally located in North Chelmsford, MA. We provide services in the Greater Lowell area. Our services are:
1. Outpatient individual therapy for adults and children
2. Group Therapy
3. CBHI Services: In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentor (TM)
4. Adult Foster Care (AFC)

Our mission at TFI is to use culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed therapeutic model to deliver treatment that uniquely meets the needs of each individual, each family that we serve, in an effort to enable them manage and where possible overcome their mental health challenges and live fully.
Our Team
Trauma and Family Integration clinical team is comprised of Masters and Bachelors level therapists including Licensed Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Masters/PsyD interns. We have an experienced, dedicated, culturally diverse team of clinicians who speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Amharic, among other languages. Most of our clinicians have extensive experience in delivering culturally-sensitive individual and family therapy in hospitals, crisis teams, and in school settings.
